Insurance and Rates

Arkansas Center for Evidence Based Treatment is happy to be in-network with most Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. Please consult your insurance company for the most precise guidance on your coverage and co-pay responsibilities. We are out-of-network (OON) with all other insurance companies at this time. If you receive any OON benefits from your insurance coverage, the clinic can provide receipts with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.

We can accept cash, check, and credit cards as well as FSA and HSA cards. All new clients will have the opportunity to setup an online account to manage payments and billing. Dr. Fugitt’s rates are comparable to similarly trained and educated psychologists with her level of expertise. Please contact the Center for additional information, initial consultation and session rates.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before any scheduled appointment. Appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged a fee of $100, which insurance will not reimburse. Appointments can be cancelled via telephone or through email.

Privacy

The law protects the privacy of communications between a client and a psychologist. Your right to confidentiality ensures that information you share in therapy will be kept private. However, there are limitations to this privacy so as to ensure the safety of all parties. If you have questions about these limitations, you are encouraged to contact the Center for more information. The specifics will be presented to you during the initial consultation and again before and during your first session.
